What was the inspiration behind the business? What is your personal inspiration?
Our inspiration and primary mission for opening the clinic is to provide the residents of Montgomery,Symmes Township, Loveland and surrounding areas with a resource for readily available, consistent, high level of healthcare 7 days/week. Having grown up just around the corner from our location, it is especially meaningful to come back and serve the community.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Knowing that our clinic is helping people every day is extremely rewarding. Whether it is from reading a google review or hearing it firsthand at the front desk, receiving positive feedback from patients is very fulfilling as an owner.
If you could explain your business in the simplest way, how would you?
We provide urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries at a much lower cost to patients and much faster than an emergency room, seven days a week for extended hours each day. No appointment is needed, we accept most insurance and also offer a self-pay option to those who do not
have insurance.
What are the three most important things about your business?
1. Our patients come first. From working with our architects on the layout, to purchasing top-of-the-line equipment and carefully staffing our clinic, our main goal has been to provide the best possible environment and care for our patients.
2. We have on-site lab and digital X-ray for “one-stop-shop” healthcare.3. In addition to medical urgent care for all age groups and lab services, we also specialize in occupational health and treating worker’s comp injuries.

What is your key to success?
People. We are laser-focused on maintaining a team of caring and compassionate providers and support staff that work well with each other. This kind of clinic environment and culture is directly passed on to patient care and overall experience.

What is one of your favorite client stories?
A patient came in at 7:45pm (15 minutes before closing) and was treated by our team. They spent almost an hour with our provider and ended up getting the care they needed. The patient was noticeably thankful on their way out; but the next day went above and beyond and dropped off flowers and cupcakes at the clinic.

What is your favorite place to eat in Montgomery?
Breakfast/Lunch – European Café – The short rib grilled cheese is amazing.
Dinner – Eddie Merlot’s
