What is your favorite part of your job?

Creating fabulous, lasting memories for the guest is a favorite part of our job here at deSha’s

Do you or your business donate to any charities? Which ones? Why?

Six times a year, deSha’s partners with a local charity or organization to give-back. We do this through a seasonal menu that the guest can partake in to help raise awareness and raise funds through menu purchases which translates into a donation from deSha’s.

What was the inspiration behind the business? Or What is your inspiration?

Our owner’s mission has been about creating restaurant concepts that are authentic and original. He was inspired by the hospitality and atmosphere he experienced throughout oversees travels and wanted to recreate that experience for Americans.

What are the three most important things about your business?

The three most important things about deSha’s are: The guest, Our people, and sharing our unique brand of hospitality.

If you could explain your business in the simplest form, how would you?

To describe our restaurant in the simplest way would be, to deliver a brilliant guest experience and provide growth opportunities for our employees.

What is the key to your success?

The key to our success is: Being Engaged, Authentic, Responsible, and Noteworthy

What is one of your favorite client stories? 

One of our favorite guest stories is that we had a Celebration of Life that confirmed at 100 guests. The day of the event we were greeted with 201 guests. We took care of every single detail and guest, without any issue. We also enjoyed every minute of it!

What do you love most about owning a business in Montgomery?

Our favorite part about owning a restaurant in Montgomery is being well establish and well patronized.
